Refund policy

Return Policy:

• We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items* in new, unused condition with their original packaging, including all filler and protective materials. We do not accept returns or exchanges that are not in their original packaging.
• Upon approval of your return request and receipt of the returned product, we will issue a refund less any applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs so we can maintain our quality standards for every pet.
• Evolv & Revol: $75 Return shipping fee & $35 Restocking fee

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Non-crate items such as Bedding, Groov, Treat Spreads, Poop Bags, Crate Bowls + Clips, and Pee Pads
• Enventur & Accessories
• Any product marked as Clearance or Refurbished
